Re-Creating the sounds of the sixties

TECH STUFF, HOW REVIVAL'S SOUND IS DELIVERED

Revival specialise in re-creating the sounds of the sixties. Although the songs and melodies still retain their own unique magical appeal the equipment used to make those original recordings would not stand up to the expectations of modern audiences. Today's music lovers listen to high quality FM or Digital stereo radio, many have digital Nicam TV sets with DVD or Blueray players. All modern music is delivered by high quality digital technology.

To perform these great songs live while meeting the expectations of today's audiences, Revival has had to make an investment in equipment that would have kept the band in food and alcohol for many years back in the sixties.

This investment in equipment continues on a regular basis with hardly a Gig passing without the Band playing spot the new gear as each member strives to bring that something extra to Revival's sound.

The secret is to use authentic original instruments and plug them in to state of the art amplification. Below is a list of the band's gear.
